Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. Responsibility for such content lies solely with the account that submitted it — in particular for ensuring that any third parties shown agree to the recording and its transfer. If a concrete infringement becomes known to us, we will remove the affected content immediately and, where necessary, suspend the account.

No warranty for the analysis
The swing analysis is the personal sporting assessment of a golf professional based on the recordings submitted. It contains recommendations, not assurances: no particular result — a lower handicap, more distance or a different ball flight, for instance — is promised.
The analysis is no substitute for medical, physiotherapeutic or orthopaedic advice. Exercises are carried out at your own responsibility; in the event of pain or health complaints, medical advice should be obtained beforehand.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; unlawful content was not discernible at that time.
